About
I am a fully qualified counsellor/psychotherapist. I am a registered member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) Practitioner Member with COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) and The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
I work as a CBT therapist and have a wide range of theory and knowledge, having gained the following qualifications:

I have a wide range of experience working with adults, university and college students, and people of all ages, genders, and ethnic backgrounds.
I am also currently studying for a Diploma in Grief and Bereavement counselling to gain further knowledge for my practice; as well as having completed CPD in various areas such as trauma, suicide, anxiety, grief and ADHD.
I take an integrative approach to working with clients and aim to be there with them every step of the way through their counselling journey.
